1. How do I pay my preferred holiday home? What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

We will send you a payment invoice for reservation fee. The final rent is due eight weeks before the beginning of your holiday. We will either send you an invoice of that or you can pay it in cash on arrival to the apartment. Method depends on the properties. The reservation fee is non-refundable, but if you have to cancel you reservation you can take advantage of the already paid reservation fee in the same property by renting it at a later date, if it is vacant. 2. Do I need my own towels and linen?

No, all properties have towels and linen. In most of them they are included in the price. If that is not the case it is written in the information of the property.

3. What time do I get into my accommodation and what time do I need to depart from there?

Normally the access to the accommodation is at the latest at 14.00 (2:00pm) and you have to leave at 10.00 (10:00am). However if we have nobody leaving the same day you are arriving, you can come as early as you want, as long as we have time to clean the accomodation before you arrive. Similarly, if there is nobody arraving the same day you are departing, you can stay longer than 10:00.

4. How do I get the keys?

Either the owner of the accommodation or our agent will be waiting for you at the accommodation or at the agreed meeting place. He will give you the keys.

5. How can I find the apartment?

When you make a booking with us, we will send you detailed instructions on how to find either directly to the accommodation or to the meeting point. We can also arrange airport transfers if you want.

6. Do you recommend hiring a car?

Yes. Some of the houses are located far away from the shops, restaurants and other services. There are many things to see in the nearby areas and it is much easier to move around with a car. If you are booking an accommodation from our Spanish selection the the easiest way to rent a car is to click on the Centauro logo in our website. You can get directly to the car hire sites. We can do it for you if you wish.

7. Will there be a washing machine in the apartment?

Yes practically all of our properties have a washing machine. However, check this when booking.

8. Have all villas a barbecue?

Yes, almost every villa has a barbecue. However, check this when booking.

9. Who do I contact if I have problems during my vacation?

When you make a reservation, we will send you an on-site contact person information. You can also call us directly.

10. What is meant by the word self catering?

Apartments and villas are not hotels, so you will have to acquire detergents, toilet paper and other consumption products yourself. However a small amount of those products tend to be found, so there is no need to purchase anything immediately.
