Description

Located at the tip of a peaceful cape on the shores of Lake Saimaa, the two-story Mäntylä has all the amenities for a relaxing holiday.
The villa has 102 m2 of space and is very comfortably furnished.

There is a living room, dining area, three bedrooms, kitchen, toilet and sauna facilities.

The bright living room has a high-quality divan sofa, where it is nice to relax by the fire while watching TV.
The separate kitchen has all the equipment a holidaymaker needs. There is, for example, a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a dining area for six people.

The three bedrooms comfortably accommodate six people. One of the bedrooms is located downstairs, the other two upstairs. One of them has access to a balcony.

The surroundings of Mäntylä are flat, and therefore it is also well suited for holidays with families with small children. There is a campfire area in the yard, as well as a terrace with a dining group.

At the tip of the peninsula is the atmospheric, old cottage of Mäntylä, which also has a separate wood-heated beach sauna.

The villa also has a washing machine and we can arrange internet access there free of charge.

The villa is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Any possibility of bringing a hot tub, etc. to the villa must always be agreed upon separately.

Near region description

The villa is located on the shore of Lake Saimaa in its own peace. There are good berry and mushroom picking areas around. In the summer you can enjoy delicious local food in a restaurant just over two kilometers away.
