Niemelä is a spacious and well-maintained villa on the shore of Lake Saimaa on its own peaceful cape.
The villa's yard has a separate atmospheric lakeside sauna and a large, wide pier where you can relax while enjoying the beautiful rocky scenery and the sun. The yard also has plenty of space for various games and play, as well as a seating area with a campfire/grill.
The villa has two floors and the open, uniform ground floor creates its own great atmosphere with its high ceiling and the partially open space upstairs with fine railings.
Niemelä is 99 m2 and has one large space downstairs with a living room, kitchen and dining area. In addition, there is a bedroom, toilet and sauna facilities downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms/den and a hall. There is also access to two balconies from the upstairs.
We can arrange internet access for the villa free of charge.
The villa is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
Any possibility of bringing a hot tub etc. to the villa must always be agreed upon separately.
The villa is located on the shore of Lake Saimaa in its own peace. There are good berry and mushroom picking areas around. In the summer you can enjoy delicious local food in a restaurant just over two kilometers away.
If you wish, we can arrange Wi-Fi, a high chair and a children's travel cot for the villa free of charge.
