Oravalinna is a wonderful villa that fulfills the wishes of even the most demanding vacationer. The villa has great views of Suolajärvi-lake.
The villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, arm chairs and a nice fireplace.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for the needs of even the most demanding vacationer. There is e.g. a dishwasher, a stove, an ice/freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a whisk, crockery for 12 people and a lot of utensils needed to prepare food.
Beds in the villa can be found in two bedrooms, in a loft and in an attic. Both bedrooms have two separate beds. There are four beds in the loft and you climb up there using a steep ladder. The entrance to the attic room is on the terrace side, there are two separate beds. Please let us know when booking if you need a travel cot or a high chair.
Fast WI-FI enables remote working and connection outside the cabin. An efficient air heat pump ensures that even on hot summer days the villa is pleasantly cool.
The villa has two toilets, a shower and an electrically heated indoor sauna. The utility room has a washing machine and a drying cabinet. We recommend guests to bring their own laundry detergent. Additional comfort is provided by extensive underfloor heating. Towels and sheets can be reserved from additional services.
The terrace of the villa has a gas grill and a table and chairs. The beach has its own beach sauna, which is connected to a spacious room with a fireplace and a shower cabin. You can walk to the pier and the beach with clean feet along the pine trees. Firewood can be found at the beach sauna. The villa's beach is child-friendly, sandy and with clean water.
The villa is also suitable for allergy sufferers, so unfortunately pets cannot be brought to Oravalinna.
The villa is at your disposal from 16:00 on the day of arrival, and the handover is at 12:00 on the day of departure. If the booking situation allows, we can be flexible with the arrival and departure times.
The lake and nearby water areas are popular among fishermen. The rental of the villa includes a rowing boat and life jackets. You can bring your own small outboard motor to the rowing boat. There is a landing place for the boat along the road leading to the villa, if you want to bring your own boat with you.
A SMOKING SAUNA IS AVAILABLE FOR RENT FOR AN ADDITIONAL PRICE OF €350/3 h:
A maximum of 10 people can enjoy the soft baths of our smoke sauna at the same time. The terrace of the smoke sauna has comfortable space for chilling out and socializing. Under the same roof are the shower rooms and toilet and the fireplace room. The fireplace room has a small refrigerator and a water point. There is a long pier on the shore of the smoke sauna. In winter, ice swimming is possible, depending on the ice situation. We ask that you state your wishes about that when making a reservation.
The villa is located on the shore of the fishy Suolajärvi lake. There are good berry and mushroom fields nearby. Repovesi National Park is 20 km away. Verla, an UNESCO world heritage site, is 15 km away, by water approx. 4.5 km.
Smoke sauna: 3-hour heated rental for the time you wish is €350. The price includes towels and cleaning.
